Returns, Refunds and Delivery Policy

At Huntsham, craftsmanship, quality and considered service are at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we offer a clear and fair returns process.

Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

While delivery times are estimates, we always aim to ensure your shoes arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Returns

Refund eligibility is within 14 days of receiving your items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition
  • All original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and tags, must be returned
  • Shoes should only be tried on indoors, on a clean surface

Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please contact us at orders@thehuntsham.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Returned items must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
